Mid-Century Clairemont Home
We gave this 1950’s home in Clairemont a complete contemporary overhaul while still having some mid-century influence. The walnut bathroom vanities were custom made for the spaces and each fixture was hand-picked to create a unique remodel. Every inch of the home was carefully thought through to maximize design and utility.
Backstory
This was a family home that had a lot of sentimental value. Everyone from grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins and kids had stories about gatherings. However, sometimes the need to sell arises and it’s time to keep the memories and cash out. The transaction was a bit more complex seeing as the decision maker for the family lived in the Philippines but he was a great sport and very helpful to get it done.
We were able to work with his timeline and get the family a fair cash offer as the home needed many repairs.
