Cinderella’s Mid-Century Castle
The best projects are one’s that begin with a lot of character that we can play off of. Cinderella Place was a home that already had a lot of charm with vaulted ceilings, a butterfly roof line, a courtyard, and pool.
This was a fun challenge and the response was excellent. We had multiple offers in the first weekend, sold for $25k higher than projections, and above all else, buyers loved the house which is always rewarding.
Backstory
The seller inherited this home and after some time decided he wanted to move out of state. We had to move very quickly to purchase his house so that he could use the funds on his Arizona purchase.
We allowed him and his roommate some time after closing to move so that they did not have to do it twice.
