Dwell West Homes is a solutions-oriented real estate investment company located in Southern California. We pride ourselves on comprehensive, market-based underwriting when pursuing any new opportunity, so investor funds are insulated. Our relationships and experience ensure a competitive advantage when locating and negotiating new deals. Great care is taken to deliver a quality, relevant product to market — driving interest and making for a happy buyer when it comes time to sell a home.

A message from the owner

While a lot of kids were dreaming of being an astronaut or a fireman, I had my eyes set on real estate. More specifically, I wanted to take something that had fallen into disrepair and revitalize it into something new.

I began working in distressed real estate in 2008 and have been investing since 2012. I've overseen more than 700 purchases and renovations, and while managing assets for the big banks I averaged a portfolio of over 400 homes at any given time. In November 2018, I founded Dwell West Homes to bring all of that experience together with a fresh approach to the industry.

At Dwell West we are transparent, upfront, and methodical. We take anxiety out of the transaction, we tackle the issues that come up, and we pride ourselves on the relationships we build with both homeowners and Realtors. Our motto inside the team is simple: solutions only.
