This home had an amazing backyard that backed up to open space and tons of parking. The house had 5 full bedrooms and a nice layout with a formal dining room, front living room, and a gourmet kitchen.
This house was perfect for a new family to create new memories and host events in the sprawling landscape of their new home.
Backstory
The sellers were helping their mother transition to assisted living and this home had been in the family since it was built. A lot of memories and emotions were tied up with this sale and it was important that we helped this family with their needs. We had some hurdles along the way but we all worked together to get the sellers their full asking price and closed as soon as they were ready and on their timelines.
It was also rewarding to give the family a tour after the renovation was complete and hear their stories about the home.
