There is no question that this home is all about the views! Located at the top of Dictionary Hill, this home was truly one of a kind. We went with a somewhat contemporary spruce up while not going ultra-modern.
The home had a wide open first floor with the bedrooms downstairs and 2 huge decks off the back.
Backstory
The sellers were 3 generations living under 1 roof and they were moving out of state. We were able to close escrow in one week and allow them to rent back until the moving truck pulled away and on to their next chapter.
