Trendy top floor condo in one of LA’s hottest areas…
We fell in love with the potential of this Culver City unit because there were already a lot of things going for it; top floor with vaulted beamed ceilings, facing the local college with a park like setting, and an over sized master bedroom with additional flexible room. Matte black fixtures created a theme throughout that created a stark contrast to the Benjamin Moore White Diamond paint. We love to paint walls/baseboards/ceilings in the same color for a clean modern look. Our result is a trendy remodeled 2 bedroom condo offered at a very reasonable price for the surrounding area.
Backstory
We were able to get seller their full asking price while also assisting them by giving them a full month to transition. He had been living there for over 30 years and this was a big life moment that we wanted to be respectful of.
Fun Fact: this condo is in the Tara Hill community which is named after the famed Gone With the Wind mansion. This is because it sits on the site where the mansion once sat and the movie was filmed!
