This home had what you call “good bones” but had years of neglect and hoarding. We were able to give it a breath of new life with a light and bright renovation. The home sold to a family moving to Orange County from the Midwest to start a new chapter in their lives. They had been searching for some time for the perfect home and we were thrilled we could help.
Backstory
The family we purchased from were days away from foreclosure. We were able to get creative by bringing their loan current and taking over their payments while we did the renovation and marketing so that they could avoid the foreclosure auction and we could pay more since they had a low interest rate. They were also able to rent back from us while they found a new home and left behind all of their unwanted belongings for us to handle.
